Although there are many different ways to combat sweat and body odor, sometimes during physical activity, stress or heat, we may still have to struggle with wet spots under our hands. Because of this you have to face various stressful situations.

Today we will introduce you to some ways to help you get rid of these troublesome events.

  • Antibacterial hand washing

If you have already started to smell the sweat, but are unable to take a shower, carefully clean it by wiping your hands.
Then apply an antibacterial hand wash .It destroys the germs that cause the odor.

  • Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic that fights germs and helps prevent unpleasant odors throughout the day. Add 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide to half a cup of water and apply this mixture in the morning to dry and cleanse the scalp.

If you are looking forward to a hard day of physical activity in the heat, homemade “isotonic” can help reduce your sweating:

  1. Baking soda 2 tbsp
  2. Salt 1 tbsp
  3. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  4. 1 litre (1 qt) of water.
  5. Drink 1 cup in the morning. If you find it difficult to drink it all at once, consume it sparingly during the day.
  • Oak bark

Oak bark is sold in drug stores and is considered an effective remedy for excessive sweating. You can wash your hands with a decoction of oak bark after your bath. Alternatively you can freeze it into ice cubes and rub them on your skin in the morning.

  • Botox

You can get a botulinum toxin injection if you are constantly concerned about wet hands. It is used to treat hyperthyroidism.

This toxin blocks the nerve impulses that lead to sweat glands. So sweat is not secretion. The effect of the vaccine lasts 6-12 months.

  • Laser

When none of the disinfectants help you should find out the cause with your doctor. If your diagnosis is hyperthyroidism, the sweat glands can be treated with a laser: this permanently stops their activity.

Since sweating involves the regulation of heat and the removal of unwanted fluid from the body, the laser is applied only to areas that increase sweating, as detected by the low-starch iodine test.

Excessive sweating can be a symptom of serious illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes. If you notice that you are starting to sweat more than usual, consult a doctor.

  • Aluminium chloride

If sweating is high, look for disinfectants with a high content of aluminium chloride – for example Dry Dry, Odaban or Maxim.
These significantly reduce sweating, even in hot weather

Many people have heard that aluminium compounds can cause breast cancer. But research does not confirm the connection.
